Chris Piper, has followed the development of permaculture from its very beginning. He is passionate about creating structures to grow herbs and food. He has a deep appreciation for land care so the land can look after us.
Lise Racine, is the owner of the skin care company The Herbal Gardener. She has grown medicinal herbs on the certified Australian Demeter Bio-dynamic property for over 10 years. She holds a degree in nursing and diploma in Traditional Herbalism and gives regular talks and workshops on herbalism.
