Steps to make it:
Mix half a cup (or less/more depending on your area of use) with some water until you have a soft cream cheese consistency.
Pack it onto the skin around 1cm thick
Apply a bandage around to kee in place
Keep it on for an hour or overnight,
Rinse off with water
Pat dry
Repeat as needed
