1. What ingredients do you use?

We only use 100% natural and organic ingredients wherever possible.  

Please see each individual product for a specific ingredient list.  

Our unique ingredient is Australian certified calendula oil.  It helps to repair, renew and nurture the skin and is renown for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.


2. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Orders are usually sent within two business days or less. The shipping costs may differ when shipping outside of Australia. 


3. Why do you use calendula oil in your products?

We choose to utilise calendula oil for its wonderful reparative, renewing and nurturing qualities.  

It is anti-inflammatory and stimulates healing, making it perfect to combat skin imperfections caused by sun damage, acne, and eczema.  These unique effects help to improve overall skin appearance and give you that special "glow".  It can reduce the appearance of fine lines, signs of ageing and the visibility of scars.  

It's perfect for the skin as it softens it, creates an even-tone and, makes you glow with vitality. Calendula is a medicinal herb which presents in the form of a beautiful orange flower.  

We carefully grow and extract its beneficial properties in an organic oil infusion.  We use it across our skincare range as well as  a concentrated facial serum.


4. Is the infused oil the same as an essential oil?

An infused oil is made using a traditional herbalist technique where a herb is left to infuse in an oil for many weeks in order to extract the beneficial qualities of the plant.  This oil allows for it to be safely used directly on the skin.

Essential oil on the other hand is produced using large quantities of steamed plants. The water resting from this is taken and the oil on the surface is utilised.   This gives a highly concentrated oil component of the plant and should only be used in very small quantities or ideally diluted in a carrier vegetable oil.  

In our case, we make calendula infused oil as per the traditional herbalist methods.

6. What is your return policy?

We are sure you will love our products as much as we do.  However if you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us for a return or a refund.


7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or bank deposit.


8. Can I pick up my order on your property? 

Yes, simply write "PICK UP" all in upper case in the discount section and the postage will be waived.  Once your order is ready, we will notify you by text and you can come to pick your order Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:00.
